Always in search for a not-too-sweet yet gluten-free and all-natural dessert, I was pleased to finally pick up one of these perfectly packaged cheesecakes at Vitamin Cottage.  This is the ideal size for snackers – I could easily eat this tasty serving in two different settings.  The flavor of the ‘Traditional” cheesecake was sweet to my palate, so I will probably consider adding some fruit to combine with the cream-cheesy goodness.  All in all, a wonderful Colorado-made purchase that is good for your body and a pick-me-up after dinner or for a mid-day snack!
