NFL Players Recognizing CBD for Chronic Pain

CBD for Chronic Pain from That's Natural, Football Player Running V1

One of the best advocates for the power of CBD (Cannabidiol), a non-psychotropic cannabinoid that can be found in cannabis/hemp, are players in the National Football Leage (NFL).  The athletes who participate in this sport are well aware of the need for non-addictive, natural plant-based medicines that do not have the drastic and negative side-effects that often come with opiates.

From The Cannabist:

“Cannabis has been proven to be effective for managing pain, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has held a patent since 2003 that suggests some non-psychoactive cannabinoids may work as neuroprotectants that could be used to treat Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other neurological diseases. Washington and other former players — a group that includes Jake PlummerEugene MonroeLeonard Marshall and Jim McMahon — have called on the NFL and its Players Association to fund research into cannabis’ potential as a treatment for long-term brain injuries linked to football, especially chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), the disease linked to the suicides of football stars Junior Seau and Dave Duerson.”

There are thousands of research articles showing the positive benefits from taking CBD – including preventing what is called ‘Endocannabinoid Deficiency”.  The cannabinoid CBD will not get you “high” and can be used either orally or topically.  Many people are taking their health into their own hands and exploring for themselves what a high-grade and trustworthy CBD product can do for them.

At That’s Natural, we have complete control over our supply chain.  We know the farmers who grow the hemp for our CBD-rich product line (hemp is legal to purchase and sell in all 50 States).  Be sure and ask these four important questions about your CBD product.
